Welcome to your dream home in the heart of Greensboro, North Carolina! This inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. As you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and spacious living area, adorned with natural light that accentuates the inviting atmosphere.


The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

There is a pet fee of 250$ and If pets are brought onto the property without prior authorization, you will be fined $300 in addition to the $250 pet fee that we charge.

Superhog guest verification:

After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor patio area. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating.. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway and 1 car on the street. The third vehicle may be parked in the driveway or on the street. No matter how many guests arrive and stay, we only permit 4 cars per reservation, and in the first 9 guests.

SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.

COMMUNITY SPACE
The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy being outside and relax in the hot tub under the stars.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home which records to make sure the house is protected and we have only one Ring camera at the entrance of the house and another Ring camera at the driveway. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per general guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire home, backyard.If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.

PARKING
The driveway can fit three cars comfortably. Additional street parking is available at the front of the home.

The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit Pearl Farmers Market or a grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area, or get take-out and enjoy it on the balcony under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.

We provide a Keurig and 10 K cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.

The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a King bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.

Main Bathroom
The first bathroom is located on the first floor with a walk-in shower

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is equipped with queen-sized bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, a bedside table, bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and large storage space.

2nd Bathroom
The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, and a single vanity, located on the second floor.

Bedroom 3
The second bedroom is equipped with Queen-sized bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, a bedside table, bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and large storage space.

BATHROOM 3
The third bathroom is right next to the kitchen and living room area.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom has a comfortable Triple bunk size beds/ Memory Foam Mattresses, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and ample storage.

We offer a queen-size blow-up mattress to sleep additional guests.

Washer + Dryer

On the first floor before entering the hallway, you will find a washer and dryer. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!

You MUST receive prior approval for any pets or else we will charge 250$ fee if we notice it later.

FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 7-10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $200 fee is required for the cleaning.

PETS
Pet fee is 250$ and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.
