Walkable to grocery and restaurants as well as walking and bike trails on the Potomac. Convenient to DCA airport, Old Town, Mount Vernon, Belle Haven, Fort Hunt, and a host of DC area attractions. Very convenient, quiet and safe location. Stainless steel appliances and a chefs kitchen with island and seating. Fully fenced back yard with like new amenities!
