Located in the resort-style community of North Coast Village, this one-bedroom condo is perfectly situated for blissful beach days and in-town fun. Spectacular views of waves breaking on the beach can be seen from all rooms inside the unit and outside on the balcony. North Coast Village is located at the North end of the beach with lots of sand for children to play. We are a short walk to the harbor and a longer walk to Mission Ave. downtown and the pier. Shared amenities that include a large pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center with saunas are all close bye. Putting greens, koi ponds, and tropical landscaping completes this setting in paradise.. When you're ready to venture out, stroll to Mission Avenue's shops and restaurants or a shorter walk to visit the shops at the harbor. And don't forget the street fair on Thursday nights.

Unwind into vacation mode in the living room appointed with two sleeper sofas and a TV. The gas fireplace will bring a welcoming atmosphere to your next dinner party. We have both types of coffee pots Kuerig and drip and provide coffee to start your vacation.

This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom with a king, and the living room with queen and twin sleeper sofas. Each sleeper sofa features a high-quality mattress. A plush king-size bed promises restful nights in the bedroom, and a flat-screen TV keeps you up-to-date on your favorite shows. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The private balcony is furnished with two armchairs. Kick back and enjoy gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean.
North Coast Village amenities include a resort-style pool (heated and open year-round), a hot tub (open year-round), a game room, barbecue areas, a fitness center with saunas, and putting greens. Extra perks include complimentary WIFI and a common laundry facilitty. You can access washers and dryers by accessing an Ap on your phone or purchasing a laundry card and adding a load to the card or Ap. Your unit is located on the second floor. An elevator is available. This rental does not have air conditioning.
We have a ceiling fan in the bedroom and above the dining room table and several portable fans. The heat is provided by heaters built into the wall, There is no thermostat to control exact temperature.
Enjoy a prime location near the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, bars, and stores, not to mention the heart of Oceanside. Guests can even walk across the street to The Strand. Drive eight miles to Legoland for an exciting day of roller coasters and vibrant attractions.
