About this property

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home, fully remodeled and furnished by designer Brittny Smith (@homesmithdesign), and featured on AZ Cool Homes.

Large backyard with pool, spa, ping pong table, swing set, and in-ground trampoline.

Close to world-class hiking, mountain biking, boating and floating. Only 20-30 minutes to the Salt River, Saguaro Lake, Usery Pass, Hawes Trail System, Lost Dutchman State Park and Goldfield Ghost Town.

Only 20 minutes to PHX International airport.

Please note that this is our primary residence. This means that closets and drawers are not empty to unpack suitcases. However, if you'd like us to clear a drawer and closet space, just let us know and we'd be happy to do that. Also, there is no fence around the pool. If you are coming with young children who don't swim, please keep a close eye on them. We can turn on door chimes and the back door locks are high.
