Nice, comfortable townhome
A user-friendly floorpan, fireplace really pumped out the heat, new big-screen in living room, comfortable sofas. Roomy kitchen and plenty of bathroom space. The garage under the unit was key during those snowstorms! Access to / from ski resorts was easy, and dining was a short drive away.

My friends and I do a yearly reunion and this place fit our needs perfectly! There was enough space and it was close to many activities. We had an issue with the tv but the manager was very responcuve and we resolved the issue.

Great location for skiing and Sundance!
The property is exactly as advertised. Accommodated our group for a skiing/Sundance/Super Bowl weekend. It was close to everything, shuttle stop less than a 5 minute walk. The place itself is large, could use some updating, but everything worked great.

Cozy and roomy condo for a family with lots of kids!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and cozy condo. There was so much room and ample space for all of our bulky ski stuff and food for 4 kids. It is in a very convenient location to the ski resorts and main street. I would recommend this to anyone for sure! Thank you!

Great family place!
This townhome was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys). The living room was big and open with plenty of seating for all of us to stretch out. The huge tv was a great bonus. The full kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner on our first night (we wanted to check out downtown the other nights). The unit is super close to everything. There are 3 full baths and the 3 bedrooms had plenty of space. The two car garage was a great so we didn't have to get into a frozen car in the morning. There is a large mudroom off of the garage to keep our ski gear in. I loved having a full size washer and dryer. The unit was very clean. I really can't say enough about the townhouse. It really had all we needed and more. Todd was amazing to deal with. He answered my emails super fast and was happy to help with any questions I had. For sure a 5 star place to stay!!!

Nice house needs some love and NO AIR CONDITIONING
NO AIR CONDITIONING. Yes, I missed that fact, stated at the very bottom of the house description under policies -- but if you are staying during summer months, be prepared. The afternoon/evening sun hits the master bedroom and living room, and it is hard to get it to a comfortable temperature. We used every fan available to try to keep air moving, but it was still warm. The house needs some love. The sliding doors in the house are all in disrepair. Not a big deal, except for the fact of No A/C. We needed to sleep with the doors open, and since they were in bad shape, not a lot of security. Also, little stuff like toilet paper holders falling off the wall. The house was a great size for our group (7 sleeping with additional 4 guests visiting during the day/evening). We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen is stocked with some basic necessities, which helped. The living room is great with a lot of seating. The main deck is across the front of the house. It is not big enough for a lot of people to hang out. There is another deck off the back of the house, but you have to access it through two bedrooms. We made the best of our visit. It would have been a great place to stay in the winter. Todd was quick to respond to emails.

Good location, lots of living space, clean and tidy
A nice, spacious rental. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Living area great for watching lots of March Madness with the family. Missed having small shampoo/soap in the bathrooms (as we’ve had in other rentals); but this was not a big deal. Enjoyed having the Rail Trail so easily accessible for hiking......as a few of us are not skiers. Overall it was lovely and we’d consider renting again.

Very nice house. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but other than that no complaints. Nice, larger garage (great when it's snowing, of course). Good appliances, enough kitchen equipment. Communications with owner (I guess) were superb.
