***Updated Pictures!!*** This newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the water at the Grand Glaize Bridge near the 19 mile marker. Enjoy relaxing inside or outside on the large lakefront deck complete with plenty of seating and an extra refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath, a 40" HD Cable TV and a door that leads to the deck. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so the kids can easily bring a friend. The living room has two reclining chairs as well as recliners built into the sofa and equipped with HD Cable TV. The complex has a very nice pool and a poolside deck that looks out over the lake. Golf, shopping, go-carting, restaurants, Big Surf Waterpark, are all very close by. The outlet mall is just minutes away. The condo is equipped with an electronic keypad lock with dedicated personalized PIN. Old PINs are deactivated for your security and safety. Minimum age for rental 25 years old and will be verified.

Being my first stay booked by myself I was nervous about checking in and communicating with the property manager. However, I had no issues with the property or checking in and the host made sure to make sure we got in and the place was very clean and ready for guests.

Really nice place. Kitchen is well equipped with small appliances and everything you would need to make meals and cocktails. Nice pool. Right next to marine gas station. Really close to Walmart and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time at the lake!

We stayed 5 days at the lake for a bass tournament. The location to all the amenities was great, the condo was excellent and the property manager was the greatest. If you want a great and comfortable stay at the lake this is the place. Again the owner is the nicest person you will ever interact with. Looking forward to staying again.

I went for a bass fishing tournament and there was slip parking which is great but there’s no parking for trailers on property… it was in the rental agreement that they sent the morning of… it would be nice for more clarity.

Nice place

Good location for anything east or west of the Glaize Bridge. Pool area is nice with cushions and umbrellas. Saturday social pool night was neat with an acoustic singer. We had a few issues with a broken bedroom door and some locks. The property manager Theresa is fantastic at communicating and responding to any issues.
