Shangri-la is a large 3 story British West Indies inspired home with wrap around balconies, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, amazing chef's kitchen, home theater and much more! Enjoy gorgeous sunset views from your private balcony overlooking the bay and Atlantic Ocean. Boat dockage right behind the house with easy access to the Atlantic ocean and the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges.
Shangrila is a British West Indies inspired 3 story wrap around balcony style residence, with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Gorgous sunset views can be seen from Shangrila as well as bay and ocean views.
Dock your boat at the boat dock behind Shangri-La and have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico anytime you wish.
Included with your stay at Shangri-La is full access to the amenities across the street which include, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, full service marina with fuel, bait, etc. and use of the private boat ramp. All withing walking distance from Shangri-La!
Fine dining is also within minutes from Shangri-La, including the famous Square Grouper restaurant as well as Broil Steak house.
After watching sunset, you can press a button and lower the giant movie screen from the ceiling and enjoy a movie theater experience in your living room, with a 10 speaker ATMOS sound system, High-Definition projection system and streaming movie services.
You can enjoy cooking in a chefs dream kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to create a gourmet meal. If you prefer to cook out on the wrap around porch, you will have a very large round gas cast iron griddle system that can handle breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire family.
Never worry about running out of ice for cocktails here! Shangri-La has a separate commercial crystal ice machine inside also!
Swim, paddle board, kayak all from your gradual sloping entry into the clear waters behind Shangri-La.
Shangri-La also has a dedicated Tesla/electric vehicle charging station in the covered garage.
Fisherman will be happy to know that Shangri-La also has a 300 lb, crushed ice machine for to fill your coolers every day!
No resort fees and no cleaning fees!, but a 28 day minimum rental is required.
