Our comfortable three (2) story, plus basement, home features four (4) bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and productive stay. One bedroom is on the first floor with the remaining three (3) upstairs on the 2nd floor.The house has three (3) full bathrooms and one (1) half bath.
All bedrooms provide plenty of natural light, bedside tables with lights and chargers for all your device charging needs. Each bedroom offers ample storage space for your belongings in the accessible closets, dressers and luggage racks.
The first floor bedroom has a Queen size bed. The three (3) bedrooms upstairs consist of a master bedroom with King bed and ensuite full bath, bunk beds with one (1) full and one (1) twin bed, bunk bed with three (3) twin beds, one being lofted.
Additionally the house has three (3) bonus beds, one (1) Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, one (1) daybed in the loft and one (1) full size futon in the basement.

The open-concept layout of the common areas makes it easy to feel like part of the action no matter where you are on either floor. As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, dining, living room, charming bedrooms, bathrooms, game room and washer dryer. Free parking is available on-site.
Please note, we do our best to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-outs. If we can accommodate there is a fee of $20/hr.
We will not be present in person unless assistance is requested. We are available 24x7 via message, text or call.
Quiet and safe residential neighborhood only a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.
Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our Neighbors. If noise gets above 80 decibels, you will be asked to keep the noise at a level that won't affect the neighbors.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to the driveway only, with a maximum of 5 cars.
- Self check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts the day of check-in once cleaners are finished.
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If cigarette butts are left around the property an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged and sent to our cleaners.
- Absolutely no fireworks! Guests will be fined $500 for any fireworks. If the owner is fined for fireworks guests will be billed accordingly for the fines incurred for fireworks and noise.
- Absolutely NO confetti or glitter. Using confetti or glitter will result in additional cleaning fees.
- No taping items to the walls or ceilings.
- Host provides propane tanks for the BBQ grill, fire pit and heaters. Guest’s are responsible to refill the propane tanks if required. Refills are available at the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe's or Walmart. Please ensure propane valves are turned off after use of the grill. Host will reimburse for the refilling of propane tanks, just send us a photo of the receipt.
- Please pick up any trash outside the home from your stay
- Do not take any indoor furniture outside
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products, napkins, rags, etc. should be flushed at any time. Please no food down the sink drain.
Fishing
1) The use of the lakes for fishing and boating is subject to the fish and boat codes and regulations of the PA Fish and Boat Commission. PA Code, chapter 63. General Fishing Regulations.
2) Fishing in the lakes within the HOA is only permitted by Association Member, Family Members, Tenants and Guests
3) The Catch and Release program is for all lakes
