There is only one 'Penthouse on Park Street' in the Paso Robles area. We invite you to come and experience it for yourself. You will be just steps away from all the finest restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and the park in this newly remodeled 4 bedroom (2 King, 2 Queen), 2 bathroom luxury loft. This stylish 2000 square foot loft is fully furnished and features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, wireless internet, flat screen TV with streaming options available, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and central air/heating. We have two parking spots available in back behind Pasolivo along with a Tesla charging cable.

Also, please know this is a non-smoking residence, pets are not allowed, and we do have one security camera located at the front door.

Don't forget to stop in at our Pasolivo Olive Oil downtown store right below the apartment for a complimentary tasting!

Girls getaway

Working with owners was easy .The state was excellent and so convenient when staying in the downtown area. What a gem right in the heart of Paso Robles will definitely use it again.

Amazing apartment on Park.

This is the perfect property for a girl's getaway! Walking to everything. It has a fantastic kitchen...which we didn't use because of all the amazing restaurants and wine tasting nearby. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of four. I will definitely be back!

Cant get a better location than this.

We had a great short stay here. Everything is so walkable from here. Great food, great coffee and great olive oil. I'll come back and spend some more time here exploring.

Paso Penthouse on the Park

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse on Park in Downtown Paso. Great, central location allowing for easy walks to morning coffee shops, shops on the square, or several excellent restaurants! The property had ample space and bedrooms for our group - and served as a great home-base after a day or three of wine tasting. We would definitely put this property on the shortlist for a return visit!

What a great weekend enjoying downtown Paso Robles. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Across the street from great wine tasting rooms, amazing restaurants and the shopping just a few steps away from the penthouse. The property was Clean, beautiful inside, cozy and parking available. Super convenient!

Beautiful flat in a great location

Penthouse on the Park was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. It's a great space with a well-appointed kitchen and a terrific outdoor space. Very clean, and spacious enough for a family of five to be comfortable. Well situated right in the middle of downtown and a very short walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Great 4 bedroom in town

This was a very comfortable spot a block from the park. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of coffee and creamers- which we really appreciated. I'd definitely stay again if we need 4 bedrooms!

This property is beautifully taken care of. Lots of space and well laid out. Located right in the heart of downtown. Visiting Paso is an annual girls trip for us - we'd stay here again for sure!
