One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Unit had roaches

Annual family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at Pelican landing. This was our third time staying here and it did not disappoint !!! The home was clean and came with everything we needed for the week. Amazing views, close proximity to restaraunts, shopping and a short drive to Duval st. Our grandkids loved the pool and our youngest daughter spent her days fishing at the dock. Pelican landing will always be our first choice when traveling to Key West.

Being a local of the Florida keys I've seen some pretty rough places that claim to be great vacation rentals but Pelican Landing is truly a great place. My family and I stay there a few times a year and always have a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and staff is always kind and helpful. Thank you to Bennie who is always there for what ever you made need and thank you to owner Jaime Caballero for always accommodating me and my family for a wonderful get away!

Functional with a view

Reviewer Comments: The pictures make this rental look a lot nicer than it is but if your intent is to only be in the room to sleep it was ok and extremely affordable. The king bed needs replacing, it has two indentations due to so much use. Some of the tiles on the balcony were lifting and the cement was cracked, and seemed unsafe. Upon arrival the floors were not clean, walking around in socks or bare feet for an hour your feet would be black. Everything is very outdated in the unit and we had not realized there was no wifi available which seems very standard in most rentals. The pool was advertised as heated, it was extremely cold and not usable. Parking was easy, the view was nice to overlook the boats and marina near by, and the location was good for our purposes.

It was an unnecessary incident, and we would have moved it once we became aware it was unwelcome. There is more to this incident than this field will allow. Very disappointing.

Very nice place to stay

The manager was very helpful in letting us bring our bags to the office as we were early for check in. It would have been nice if check in was before 4 PM but it all worked out. I would stay there again.

Waterfront with dock space was awesome.

All the essentials were included with this Vrbo to make it a convenient, easy fishing getaway. We stayed during the week and it was nice and quiet, as the weekend approached the noise level rose but when 10pm hit it quieted down so all could sleep, except maybe the sirens from the fire/police depts that were across the street.

Clean nice affordable condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my father in law's favorite place to stay. We have a great view of the marina and he loves to watch all of the action going on from our patio. We rented 2 this year because of the number of people that we had going. It was so nice because we could open up the patio doors and connect the two in that way. We could easily go back and forth between the two and had super easy access down to the pool via a private stairway. The only thing that happened was that the elevator quit working and my father in law is disabled. But the property manager was there- on a holiday- within minutes and rectified the situation. Super impressed with the quick reaction on his part!! The building is obviously older when you see the outside, but most of the property owners have remodeled their units and each one we have stayed in have updated kitchens (solid surface counter tops, nice appliances etc) and furnishings. The units are always super clean! Pool was also nice and warm. Very happy with this property. The only thing I would change if I could is place it a little closer to the action in Old Town. But we rented golf carts and easily buzzed into town. The super plus- it's a great price!! We are already planning to stay here again next year.
