Sunset Sanctuary is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Townhome that accommodates 10 guests. Located directly across the street from the beach. This property is spacious and set up for all of your friends and family. You will have your own elevator to help navigate your way around to each floor. The main floor is spacious and you will find it easy to entertain, whether it be to sit on the balcony to catch the gorgeous sunsets or utilize the updated kitchen and stay in for dinner. On the ground level you can enjoy the private hot tub and relax in the resort style seating area. Pack up your beach wagon and within steps you will sink your toes in the Gulf of Mexico sands. Sunset Sanctuary is a place to make memories and make it your return destination year after year!

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking: This home has spots for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway. Parking in the garage is not permitted at this time.

​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
