This furnished home is located in Kent, a naturally beautiful suburban area south of Seattle. In the heart of this slower-paced neighborhood, you’ll find Kent Station, an open-air shopping center featuring retail stores, dining options, and a movie theater. For outdoorsy types, there’s Green River Trail. This recreation area is the ideal spot to walk, bike, or enjoy a scenic picnic. Not only is Kent just a short drive from Muckleshoot Casino Resort, it’s also home to the ShoWare Center, an arena hosting various events, concerts, and sports. If you’re working in Seattle, it’s easily accessible from Kent via the Sounder Commuter Rail.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
