Room 303 is a private room with a private bathroom for up to 2 guests.

Cozy vintage style home located in Bronzeville neighborhood. Spacious bedroom. Mostly quiet and unoccupied communal areas (living and dining area).

There is no check-in desk. You must send a picture of ID/Passport via text email to receive your check in instructions.

Your deposit fee is refundable and will be refunded the day after check-out provided damages were not incurred at the property. Please be aware any credits or refunds will take at least 7 to 10 business days (holidays and weekends are not included) and might take at least 10 to 14 days depending on your bank/ credit card company.

Guests have access to the shared kitchen and living room, including all outdoor patio and a common room complete with a TV. Private bedroom, Free wifi, multiple bathrooms, basic dining and living space.

Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood walking distance to the lakefront and 10min drive to city’s loop, 15-20 minutes away from Midway Airport, 5 minutes to Lake Michigan, and 5 minutes away from McCormick Place Convention Center, IIT, and Hyde Park/University of Chicago.

All guests must sent a valid US State ID or International Passport via text or email before arriving so they can receive check-in.

Guests may check in any time after 3PM on their day of arrival. Guests must check out prior to 10AM on their day of departure.
We are asking that if you decide to make a reservation to please be aware that our reservations are Non-Refundable and Non Transferrable. If you consider traveling, we implore that you get Travel Insurance.

Read carefully

Pros - Clean enough, well equiped. Good location if you're visiting Bronzeville. Cons - it is a SHARED apartment. You are renting a bedroom & bath. The other two rooms even share a bath. Easy to miss from the VRBO description. Yes it's there but I was not alone in overlooking this, per convo w/ "roommates". Two bath towels, that's it. No kitchen cloths, only a roll of paper. It is the upper flat, the beds are low, the pillows hard. Not great for seniors. Then there are check-in requirements beyond any rental we have used. And "quiet time" of 10:00-8:00. Don't be an early riser! So someone has learned to rig the system to maximize profit. Go figure.... It is an upstairs flat.
