• The top, twin bunk bed in Bedroom 4 is suitable only for kids over 6 and weighing less than 125 pounds.

• We collect a $68 damage waiver fee in lieu of security deposit covering minor damages up to $1,500 (excludes smoke odor damage, charged at full cost of restoration).
