We have a deep passion for hosting guests, and are excited to offer this beautiful property for your stay. This property has recently been furnished with brand new equipment to ensure your comfort and convenience.

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, cooking and dinner sets, water and wine glasses, tea/coffee mugs, and a variety of spices for your culinary needs.

Drawing Room:

The drawing room is elegantly decorated with white wall paint and adorned with brown and gold furniture and interior accents. My passion for decoration is evident in the beautiful handicrafts you'll find here. There's a comfortable sofa bed suitable for couples, a relaxing recliner for unwinding after a long day exploring Dubai, and a magnificent royal dining table for your meals. You can adjust the lighting color and style to match your mood, with numerous options available. We've also installed a brand new 55-inch TV with IP TV and Apple TV for your entertainment needs. If you prefer reading or playing board games, we have an array of options to choose from.

Bedroom:

We understand the importance of a comfortable night's sleep. Even in 4/5-star hotels, finding the perfect mattress and pillow can be a challenge. That's why we've gone the extra mile to ensure your comfort with a medicated mattress featuring a pillow top. This mattress strikes the perfect balance between firmness and softness. We've also provided high-quality memory foam pillows to enhance your relaxation. Of course there is an Amazing brand new designer KING BED with size 180X200. In addition, you'll find wardrobes, a safe locker, and a dressing table for your convenience.

Bathroom:

Our property features one well-appointed bathroom, complete with body and hair wash. We kindly request that you bring your dental and other personal care products. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and offers hot water for your comfort.

Laundry:

For your laundry needs, we have a dedicated laundry room equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer, available for your use at any time that suits your schedule.

- Sufficient pillows for each guest.

Guest access
Access to the property is through the Burj Views West tower (Tower A). To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we will pre-register your arrival with the property management, so they will be expecting you. Upon your first arrival, the security personnel will grant you access through the main entrance.

You can reach the "L" floor using the elevator, and the apartment is equipped with a smart lock. we will provide you with the necessary code for a self-check-in process. Once you've entered the apartment, you will find three cards: one for parking and two for main door security access. It's important to note that you will always have access to the apartment's main door through the provided code, without requiring a card for entry.
Other things to note
- Breakfast or food is not provided, however, there are plenty of options either to cook at home or order from outside or dine out within walking distance.

- if you want a cleaning service during your stay, I will be able to arrange it with an additional charge of $60.

- Maid service or laundry service is not included.

- Request you to enjoy with little care to avoid any damage to the items so the next guest can equally enjoy their stay.

- At the time of checkout, please keep access cards at the designated place and leave the locker open, turn off all lights and ACs and lock the main door before leaving.
