Completely remodeled unit in a quaint, lush courtyard-style community. This condo is furnished and decorated as if it was your 2nd home. French Oak floors throughout the living and bedroom areas, walk in showers with high end finishes, instant water heater for never ending hot showers, fully furnished kitchen with exotic quartzite counter tops, super high speed internet, large screen tvs, Sonos sound system, Washer/dryer, and the list goes on. The community has a private gated pool, hot tub, and gazebo, secure gated building, no stairs to climb, and plenty of easy access parking.
You are steps away from the heart of Old Naples. 2 blocks from 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. 2 blocks from a dozen oysters and a beer in Tin City. 1 block from Cambier Park for some tennis and tai chi; and if you want to get your morning walk, I have the perfect 3 mile loop for you which includes 5th Ave, a walk on the beach, and an iced tea break at Tony's off Third.
Currently, we only have March available. All other months have been committed to by return guests year after year.

Patty and I are from Miami and active travel is what we love to do. Naples has always been a quick weekend get away for us. We found ourselves coming ofent enough that we finally bought this property in 2020 and love using it whenever we can.
Why they chose this property
In my opinion, Old Naples was the only place to own. Once you are here, you can park the car then walk and bike everywhere. And I love that it is only a 5 minute walk to coffee, dining and drinking.
What makes this property unique
Castleton Gardens is a gem. Its Lush, shaded, and quiet. What we think is great about our unit is that it is designed and outfitted to be our 2nd home not a rental. Something we can enjoy and be comfortable in. So we want everyone else to enjoy it like we do.
