Sugar Pine Sanctuary - This cozy condo is nestled among the soaring sugar pines that populate the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. Here you will enjoy a quiet atmosphere while sipping your favorite beverage on the deck and watching the Stellar Jay birds flit among the pines. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen including small crock-pot, air fryer, French-press coffee pot and a drip-brewer, myriad cooking utensils, beautiful stemware and Moscow mule mugs. New in 2023 is furniture, paint, lightning upgrades, barbecue, and washer/dryer. The Sugar Pine Sanctuary is just 5 minutes from Diamond Peak (and steps from the Diamond Peak ski bus stop) and 8 minutes from the beach (Sand Harbor). The unit sleeps 5 max: A queen bed and small sitting area in the loft; first floor bedroom has twin beds; couch in the living area has a pull-out twin bed. There are full baths on both levels. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS.
