This centrally located home is tucked on a quiet street in Seminole Heights and is convenient to all things Tampa: Ybor City, all the stadiums, the airport, Busch Gardens and more are all within 10-15 mins! Disney is about 1 hr away!

The home is stylishly decorated with a modern/peaceful vibe, keeping families and travelers in mind. When not enjoying a local restaurant or attraction, whip up something yummy (or even mediocre) in a well-stocked kitchen, and veg out in front a tv on comfortable furnishings.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

My family stayed here as my mother had surgery at Moffitt Cancer Center. It was such a lovely home--so clean and comfortable. Everything looked brand new and it was beautifully decorated. It really made it nice to return to and became our "home away from home" after long days at the hospital. The host was wonderful, and very easy to communicate with. The location was great--close to USF, the hospitals, and Busch Gardens. We hope our days at Moffitt are finished, but should we need to return, we'll definitely book here again.

Hidden Gem in the Heights

I absolutely cannot say enough about this property!! From the very beginning, communication with the property owner was amazing; she was quick to reply to any questions I had. I made a few requests (more of a "I hope" than an "I want") and she was able to meet those requests, which was great! The property was easy to find, and I loved having a covered carport to unload our bags into the home. The home is bright and clean, but cozy and comfy at the same time. Every piece of furniture I sat on was comfortable, but the winner was definitely the king bed in the primary bedroom. It was soft and luxurious, and was like a dream to sleep in. There are abundant pillows on every bed, and a laundry basket in each space. Each room has a TV, as does the living room. There are two bathrooms which is great (no lines, no waiting!), and they are both on the small-but-functional side. They were both well-stocked with shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, and loads of towels. The kitchen is big enough to cook a real meal, if you choose to do so, stocked with anything you might need. I love that the fridge had an icemaker, too! The only downside, and I absolutely will not deduct points for this, is that the plumbing is a little wonky in the showers - there wasn't enough pressure and hot water for me to take a bath while I was there. Overall, this place was GREAT!
