The Space:
This is a very comfortable and bright apartment, inside it stands out the clarity of the environment through pastel and pleasant colors, the atmosphere in general feels very peaceful and quiet.

We offer you a fully equipped kitchen for your short or long-term stay, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a nice living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, armchair and Netflix, a spacious room with a comfortable double bed, with storage space for your clothes and a very useful iron. A dining room for two people and the possibility of transforming it into a work space for a laptop.

Finally, you will have access to an extra space that fills this apartment with charm, the balcony to enjoy the sun while having breakfast or reading a book.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire apartment and its amenities. There's a community coin-operated washer and dryer located at the lower entrance.

- There is a $30 early check in and late check out cost based upon availability
- At check-out, please return keys to the proper lockbox. There is a $50 fee for loss or missing keys from the lockbox.
- There is No smoking or vaping inside the unit, no unauthorized pets, or guests
- Please do not move the furniture.
- We offer a starter kit of supplies; we do not restock during your stay.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- All properties are inspected upon your check-out.
- There is no elevator. This is a 3rd floor apt.

*Pets Information*

- There's a Pet Accommodation Service of $150, per pet, per 90 days. After 90 days, this fee will be $5 per day.

*Parking Information*
- We do not offer a designated parking spot or reserved parking. You can park in the street for free during the day with a 2-hour time restrictions until 6 pm, then it's free overnight parking.
