Listen to the waves an smell the sea air as you experience the amazing view from your 17th floor private balcony…..At the end of the day, watch the sunset over the town from the dining area……Then unwind by the dancing light of the fire….. This is your retreat, "Sunburst Lookout" at Patricia Grand Resort. The most spacious floorplan in the resort with plenty of room to accommodate 6 guests (2 queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room). The granite countertop kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking pleasures. Your large luxury open living/dining room area comes with comfortable beach style furniture and a cozy fireplace for those evenings you just want to wind down. There is also a work space nook for those needed times to catch up on emails.

Don’t forget Fluffy. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up tp 40 lbs , dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions).
