Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet but close to everywhere, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, golf, water park and the best of all the Cape Coral beach. There are 3 islands nearby - Estero, Captiva and Sanibel. You can go boating or fishing or just go to the beach.
What makes this property unique
It is brand new, luxury, spacious with 4 bedrooms and a private yard, ready for families, perfect for friends gatherings, 1 mile from all dining and shopping, covered and screened porch, big paved patio.
