About this space
One-of-a-kind industrial movie loft in Downtown Los Angeles. Booking includes a private parking space on the ground floor (up to $100 value/night).
You're an easy walk from Pershing Square, Grand Central Market, Broadway shops/theatres, and of course Crypto Arena (formerly Staples Center) for a game or concert.
Your rooftop has an amazing 360 degree view of DTLA, complete with pool and hot tub. The building has 24/7 security with unlimited parking garage in/out uses.
Plan your trip now!
The space
Parking: We have a private parking space in a gated garage on the ground floor of the building. You'll need a fob to open the gate, but from there you'll have unlimited access in and out. This is THE MOST CONVENIENT way to park in DTLA, you can walk right out of your car and into an elevator. This can be upwards of $100/night with other listings, and you get it FREE!
Bedroom: Brand new Queen bed, large window with downtown views, hanging clothing rack and shelf, under bed storage.
Kitchen: Full sized kitchen with island. Working dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Complete with plenty of cups, dishes and utensils.
Loft Bed/ Work Station: Located in the corner of the living space is another new queen bed lofted above a work-from-home standing desk.
Living room: Massive TV in front of four 7-foot-tall industrial windows looking out at Downtown Los Angeles. We have a leather 92 inch West Elm Couch that can act as a third bed if needed. Some say it's actually the most comfortable place to sleep in the whole apartment.
Coffee/Tea Bar: Fully stocked bar for coffee or tea.
Bathroom: Large shower and tub combo. Plenty of storage space. Working washer and dryer (detergent included).
Patio: Private enclosed patio is located off the living room with cool LA Road sign perfect for photos. There is a small table set out there, great for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Pets: This is a very dog friendly building and unit, unfortunately I am allergic to cats and can't host them. Pershing Square has a great dog park right across the street and there are lots of dogs in the building to meet. Our leather couch is scratch-proof and the floors are concrete which helps with "accidents". The loft is thoroughly cleaned between bookings but I do have a dog myself (chilling on the couch in one of my photos) so if you are severely allergic to dogs you may not want to book.
Guest access
Your building has 24/7 security with fob access. You and all your guests must check in at the front desk and give them your ID. They will give you access to the elevator, which will take you up to the 9th floor. I'll give you keypad access to the unit. Front door fob and parking garage clicker will be on the counter, as well as roof access keys.
Other things to note
Your building is located across the street from famous Pershing Square Park, the site of numerous Hollywood films including Rush Hour and Speed. You are right on Broadway, in the heart of Downtown LA's Historic District. Your apartment is a short walk to the best activities, food, bars and shows that LA has to offer. Check out the photos in the description or message for more info.
My top 10 things within walking distance are:
1) Catching a Laker, Clipper or Kings game at Crypto Arena (formerly Staples Center)
2) Grabbing a sample of local food at the famous Grand Central Market
3) Checking out a show at one of the many Theatres on Broadway
4) Bar crawl around downtown, hitting Seven Grand, The Golden Gopher, Crane's Bar, Ham & Eggs, and much more
5) Taste testing LA's best tacos at Guisado's and Sonoratown
6) Take the Angels Flight Railway to the financial district - the World's Shortest railway
7) Grab a drink or dinner at the famous restaurant Perch right across the street, and wave to your friends on our rooftop
8) Admire art and architecture at the Museum of Contemporary Art, The Broad and the Walt Disney Concert hall
9) Go shopping at FIG at 7th and The Bloc
10) And finally, after a long day you can relax on the rooftop pool/hot tub, or kick back in the apartment and admire the lights of broadway from the comfort of your own home
FYI for out-of-towners -- you are staying in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a really cool area with a lot of stuff to check out, but anywhere you go in LA you will see homeless people. From my personal experience, they won't bother you if you don't bother them, and I have NEVER felt unsafe in my neighborhood, but they will definitely be around. Pershing Square Park has 24/7 security and there are always plenty of police in the area. Please message me before booking if you have have any concerns about this.

About the host
Hosted by Kyle

My name is Kyle, I am from New Jersey and I share this space with my rescue pitbull Mr. Sterling.
Why they chose this property
I chose to live in Downtown Los Angeles because it reminded me of New York City. It is walkable, with great food and a lot of entertainment around.
What makes this property unique
You will never see a loft like this one, with high ceilings and massive windows.
