The space is open concept with the kitchen dining room and living room all within the same sight lines. The living room has (2) large sectionals that can comfortably host large groups. The front bedroom is perfect for families as it has a full sized bunk bed and another full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the rear bedroom features a private full size bed. This cozy bungalow has (3) full sized bathrooms to accommodate large families and friend groups.
You’ll have access to the entire property as well as the backyard which has been tastefully landscaped. With the ample parking spots available, you’ll never struggle to find parking in grand central again: simply park at the bungalow and walk to the arts, restaurants, bars, breweries and fun!

Dogs are allowed at the property but at a nominal fee due during booking. All dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on shots and must be crated if left in the house unattended. Dogs must be well behaved (even when crated) - excessive noise/barking is not allowed in respect of other guests and our neighbors. They must remain leashed in all public spaces in accordance to local law ordinances
This is a NON-SMOKING property, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana, including medical marijuana. We inspect the property prior to check-in to ensure the absence of any of the prohibited odors, and maintain a detailed log of our inspections. If a violation is identified, the guest will incur a $500 fine and a possible eviction without refund.
