This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3 story loft style home offers ample parking for a weekend retreat for families and friends. Large property available to hike with various terrain and beautiful 360° views of surrounding area, including some parts of Canyon Lake viewed from the home. Inside this rustic, German Texan style loft home you'll find a large open kitchen and living room on the second floor, with plenty of gathering area. Front side smaller deck to view the road and open sliding doors for breeze. Back large viewing deck, along with sliding doors for breeze, has amazing views up on the Cliff Side!

2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Double driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles. 1 driveway ends in a carport under the deck for coverage on 1 vehicle, and the other leads to the garage which can hold 1 vehicle. Please be careful if you venture far from the house and walk the property away from the flat area! (See Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement for more details).

Entire house, front yard and a back viewing deck, equipped with patio chairs, umbrella for shade. Large property with plenty of hiking. There is NO fenced in area for taking your dogs out on the property in the grass, etc. If you're bringing a dog(s) that will wander, then please have on leash.

The Retreat Cliff Side at Canyon Lake is nestled in the Texas Hill Country and has the space to park your boat under a carport/RV shed. It is 4 miles to Comal Park (swimming beaches), 4 miles to boat ramp #4, and 6 miles from boat ramp #6. The house is also close to local marinas, hiking trails, and Lakeside Golf Club.
Check Texas Parks & Wildlife's website for times and openings, seasonal access, etc. Please inquire with them if the ramps are open.

The Canyon Lake Dam area is 8 miles away and features plenty of walking trails and free parking when available.

Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
