Great quiet location that is close to town and the grocery store. My kids and I really enjoyed staying here and being able to cook our own meals and relax while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!
Forth time stayingat this property. Super clean, extra quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown.
Couldnt ask for more. Perfect for a couple or upto 4. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful rental for an autumn trip. This is a class place, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked. There was even a rolling pin included with the kitchen gadgets in case you wanted to make a pie. The couch was so comfy I fell asleep on it one evening. I ate out one evening and stayed in the next and grilled a steak on the deck. The local IGA market is well stocked. Thanks for the easy stay.
The apartment was lovely and spacious for our four member family. I loved the code entry so there was no forgetting keys. We enjoyed biking right into town about a mile away.
If just one, two or three of you Perfect place to stay and enjoy Eastport! Clean and quiet. Close to downtown and plenty of beautiful walks from there also.
Kitchenette has everything you need.
I have stayed here four times and hope will be available next time I go.

This was our third stay (3-4 days) at this property during the summer. I have no complaints at all. It is a lovely site near where a longtime friend lives in Eastport. We are seniors with our adult son, who has Down Syndrome. He is quite comfortable on the couch that folds out into a large bed. We hope to stay again next year.

Quiet location
The location is just as described, has all the amenities you would need for a stay. Bed was comfortable, ability to adjust heat if needed (was still quite chilly at night) and a private deck to hang out at the end of a day of hiking was great.
If I could have changed anything it would be the shower head, with long thick hair it was a challenge to get it rinsed properly.
If I was going to add anything it would be a dish drying rack for the kitchen and maybe a rug in the bedroom, the floors are wicked cold in the morning.
Staying here is just fantastic. We loved the location as it was close to the town and local supplies. Our 14 year old enjoyed the soft blankets. My wife and I enjoyed the overall space while my wife enjoyed the deep bathtub.
The place had not been cleaned when we arrived, but after speaking with the owner we were able to resolve the issue. The cleaning crew was not sure of our arrival date, so had not cleaned the space. No-one died, we slept on clean sheets, and had a home base for the week. I really liked having a kitchen, and felt like everyone involved (except my husband) was available and pleasant to work with.
The apartment is entered through a garage at the side of the house, which may surprise you, but it gets you out of the weather to unlock the apartment door. Maybe a picture of that area added to the pictures would be informative.
The apartment was a secure, peaceful spot to spend our evenings after a day of wondering around the east part of Maine.
What a lovely, comfy, quaint spot to enjoy downeast Maine. I wish we could have stayed longer. LOVE the frosted beer mugs!

Why they chose this property
We love our location for it's quiet private setting, forested back yard with eagles, deer, birds, and proximity to the water. The back yard leads down to a tidal cove. Eastport is a wonderful community full of artists, history and beauty. We also have a larger second rental recently listed: 4135787. You can rent both for a larger family group.
What makes this property unique
New construction with wood, slate and tile flooring and a private lower patio, back yard. Very clean. Such a wonderfully quiet location but still walking distance to downtown. Water view peaking through the treed backyard. Walk down the hill to the beach for beach combing during the day.
