Two Bedroom Home for 4 Just Off Park Ave. 2B

This apartment offers a gorgeous, light-filled and well designed space located just steps from Central Park. The unit sleeps 4 guests . The apartment features two Queen size beds, private kitchen and bath.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.

The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. Smart TV, WiFi, and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There are three flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Street parking close to building.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. There are no arrivals after 7pm.

Departure is prior to 10AM.

One month family of 4 stay.
We had a good amount of space for all of us, a nice bath tub (practically unheard of in NYC), always plenty of hot water, tv in every room, the sup is very helpful and you can't get closer to a train station. There are cameras throughout the building and a coffee and nail place downstairs. We really appreciate our time in the apartment and it was a great home for us.
