Private Elevator goes to all levels! Located in the "Dolphin Ridge" Subdivision. Short walk to the beach. Some Ocean peek views! Avoid the traffic - first right once over the EI Bridge. Nearby grocery stores (Publix/Food Lion) and restaurants within 2 miles.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed with Trundle. Smart TV. Full Bath. Garage access with refrigerator, seating with dart board, and Smart TV. Included amenities: standard wooden corn hole boards, bocce ball, horseshoes, and basketball hoop. 2 Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Showers with dressing area.. Park-Style Charcoal Grill. (Gas Grill being added Spring 2023). In-Ground Saltwater Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Pool and Patio area has ample outside furniture and a picnic table. Beach cart.

Level One: Master Bedroom #2 has a King and Full Bath. Master Bedroom #3 has a King and Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Beds and a Full Bath. Office/Reading Room with Futon sofa. All rooms with Smart TVs

Level Two: Great Room/Living has an open floor plan with Cathedral Ceilings and a Half Bath. Sound Bar and Flat Screen Smart TV. Dining Table seats 10, and additional bar island seats 4. Well-equipped Kitchen has a microwave, Keurig, and standard coffee maker, blender, bar cart, dishwasher, and large corner pantry. Washer/Dryer. Master Bedroom #5 has a King and Full Bath.

Please Note: Per the HOA, renters are NOT allowed to bring or rent golf carts.
