If you are craving some sunshine and blue waters, come on down! Morning walks with your toes in the sand set the tone for another day in Paradise. Spend the day in the surf and sun, or lounge by the pool, then finish off another perfect day quietly entranced by another unique and spectacular sunset.
Whether you want to relax on the balcony and enjoy looking at the gulf, play in the surf, lay out on the beach, enjoy a few rounds of tennis and pickle ball , or pick shells on the beach, you won't be bored. Located in well thought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club, out condo has about everything you need for a quick perfect beach getaway or a few months of soaking in the sun! Our condo has king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower, smart TV, WIFI, beach chairs and umbrellas and even a fishing pole:)
You can catch a trolley and head up to Time Square, where you will find many great dining options and entertainment, or down to explore the nature at Lover's Key. If you are into boating, fishing or dolphin watching, there is a marina across the street. Don't forget kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, floating Tiki bar, too many things to list!
Please note that the island of Fort Myers Beach was devastated by Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. It is on the speedy road to recovery but you will still see some signs of it.
While our building has being up and running since last December, there are still few minor things that are being worked on around the property, like laundry room remodeling, some exterior painting and grounds work.
