The apartment has a comfortable living room, 3 Dining room areas for Guest, fully equipped kitchen, 6.5 bathrooms, nice private Big Terraces with nice view to the Pool, Ocean and much more.

The Villa is located in the center of the city of las Terrenas in a peaceful area with Mountains and Ocean view and with excellent amenities , private pool, and a lot more to enjoy.

Beach is around 10 minutes away walking distance or 4 minutes driving distance and at the same time close to restaurants supermarkets and main places of town .

The kitchen is fully stocked with: pantry, American fridge, stove,microwave, toaster, dishes, all necessary kitchen utensils and more.

The dining rooms has tables, chairs and utility table to accommodate up to 18 Guest for your meals comfortable.

The Private big Terrace in the second floor have a very nice view to the pool and Ocean that you can enjoy with your family and friends.

The First floor Terrace area in the apartment have a Private Pool, lounge area, Outdoor dining area and BBQ to enjoy with your family and friends .
