4BR Villa is a villa in one of the most exclusive resorts on the Med. Located on the Playa Macenas Golf & Beach Resort (Mojacar), situated on the unspoilt beach of Macenas, surrounded by the nature park of Cabo de Gata. Just 5km south of Mojacar, this beach front resort is in one of the most beautiful locations in Andalucia. The villa is spacious, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Air conditioned throughout. Wifi available in the house.
There are 2 swimming pools, one at the end of the villa's terrace. The Beach is a short 5 minute walk away. Golf courses nearby include Valle del Este & Desert Springs.
The house has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed and one open studio with two single beds. It has 3 full bathrooms, one of them in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room that has a large table for 8 people.
The terrace, located next to one of the pools, has an umbrella and dining table. The complex has 24 hour security and two community access pools. Perfect for a family or friends vacation away.
A deposit of 200 euros will be requested on arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure.
We accept pets on request and with an additional supplement (50€). Pets may not be in the swimming pools of the resort.

Playa Macenas is surrounded by the dramatic Cabo de Gata National Park yet only 5 minutes away from Mojacar Playa with its blue flag beaches and all its restaurants and bars. Mojácar and its surroundings are an ideal area for water activities (windsurfing, snorkeling, paddle surfing or boat ride) as well as for golfing. There are also marked routes for hiking around Mojácar and especially in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar.

Recomendable

Bien situado con respecto al mar y desde una terraza se puede ver (es relajante). La piscina es amplia y está muy accesible; en septiembre ha estado prácticamente vacía. El apartamento es agradable en general, aunque la cocina puede resultar incómoda si hay más de una persona, en especial por la difícil apertura de la puerta de algunos muebles. Es mejorable la calidad de las sábanas, ya que en dos habitaciones tenían esas desagradables bolitas en la sabana bajera.

Magnifico Residencial

Nuestra experiencia a sido muy positiva. Ignacio el propietario siempre ha estado en contacto con nosotros haciwndo mas facil todo. Espectacular casa con todas las comodidades, muy amplia y con acceso directo a la piscina donde por las noches de puede disfrutar de una tranquila velada, por el dia se encuentra a faltar una sombrilla ya que el sol incide directamete. Lo.dicho gran estancia Gracias Ignacio.

Magnífica Vivienda

La casa es tal cual se anuncia, con todo tipo de detalles. Muy cómoda, espaciosa. Magnífica atención por parte del propietario de la vivienda, en todo momento al tanto de cualquier anomalía o inconveniente. Desde el primer dia, aconsejándonos lugares a visitar, dónde comer..., de gran ayuda. La persona encargada del día a día, mejor imposible. Lovely modern property in stunning location: right beside large pool with sea views from balconies

Wonderful relaxing week in the Spanish sun: property clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 6 adults...Las Casas development is very attractively designed and well-maintained with a large, crystal-clear swimming pool surrounded by pristine-white modern Casas. Casa 32 is perfectly situated, with views of the Mediterranean and Mojacar Playa from the balconies on one side, and the pool literally a few steps from the sun terrace on the other side. We went end of May and had the pool to ourselves....peace and quiet and privacy for a chilled-out family holiday. No amenities at Macenas (Club pool, bar and shop shut and not sure if re-opening) so you'll need a car, although it's only 5 minutes drive from Mojacar Playa and historic Mojacar Pueblo for numerous restaurants and shops. Casa 32 Owner Ignacio friendly and very helpful in all communications. Love this place, and would return again!

Inolvidable estancia en Mojácar

Amplia y acogedora casa con bonitas vistas. Las piscinas e instalaciones son preciosas y el entorno inmejorable. Los dueños de la casa y el personal del resort han sido encantadores. Muchas tranquilidad en el mes de Septiembre y una excelente relación calidad/precio.

Buen alojamiento con algunas mejoras necesarias

Buen alojamiento en urbanización tranquila cerca de Mojácar. Piscina muy accesible desde la terraza y aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Terraza ideal para cenas (no para comidas porque da el Sol). A mejorar: - Menaje de cocina. Sartenes en muy malas condiciones, no se puede cocinar bien. Podría añadirse algo mas de cubertería tratándose de alojamiento para 8. - Camas. Debería renovarse algún colchón que está muy machacado y poder así descansar bien. Si no fuera por estas mejoras necesarias repetiría sin dudarlo.

I can recomemend this rental, cause evrything is ok. We enjoyed ours holidays with my familly. Childs were very happy to use all swiming pool in a ressort.. All facilities in the ressort are perfect. So i hope came back in this rental...
