This exclusive villa with 2300 sqft. offers space for up to 8 people and is located on the beautiful Arrowhead Lake in an absolute dream location and leaves nothing to be desired.

There are four bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks with direct pool access. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds that can be placed individually or together. Another bathroom offers a shower tray for added comfort.

The light-flooded living area is equipped with a flat screen TV and a home theater stereo system, which, together with the comfortable couch and the TV armchair, creates a homely ambience. The I-Pod you bring with you can be connected to the stereo system. The open dining area and the adjacent kitchen complete the picture of the living area. Fully equipped, with elegant granite surfaces, the kitchen offers everything from a large American refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, etc., and of course plenty of crockery and cutlery.

The large, west-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday fun. The electrically heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with a Weber gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. Comfy sun loungers are available for ultimate comfort, and the lovingly landscaped landscaping offers beautiful views of Arrowhead Lake.
Supermarkets and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts can also be reached in a short time.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Beach towels, parasols and much more are available for your beach trip.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
You will be looked after on site by our bilingual property management team in German or English.
