Welcome to our Nana's Place, your Ventnor Beach House! A Beautiful 1900's home with old beach charm that was completely renovated. This huge 5 Bedroom and 2 full bath home has ample space for your whole group, sleeps 12! The Ventnor Beach House features a big covered front porch with outdoor table and chairs. It's wonderful for morning coffee or lovely afternoons in the shade. The first floor features a large kitchen, huge dining room, living room with 42in. Flat Screen Television and Sofa Bed. Also on first floor, there is 1 Bedroom with a queen bed with direct access to a full bath. There is a mud room off the kitchen with a washer & dryer.

On the Second floor there are 4 more bedrooms, full bath, and a reading nook.
Beds come with comforters and pillows, please bring your own sheets and towels.
Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed on 1st floor, direct access to full bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed with cable television. (Upstairs)
Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed (Upstairs)
Bedroom 4: Full Size Bed (Upstairs) with crib and rocking chair

*All bedrooms and the common areas have air conditioning units in each room.

The Private Backyard with 6 foot privacy fence and gate is a great place for the kids to play and to store your beach gear and bikes. It features an open air outdoor shower and propane BBQ grill.

Located 2 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to Ventnor Fishing Pier, 2 blocks to the bay. Around the corner is downtown Ventnor, easily walk to everything you'll need while on vacation without even having to get in the car. Within 2 blocks are 2 food markets, Walgreens, Dollar General, liquor store, nail salon, church. There are many restaurants within 2 blocks such as Dunkin Donuts, Isabella's Cafe, Agnes Cafe, Sapore, Tsui Garden, Rainbow, Zorro's Pizza, etc.

***We are in a quiet residential area. No parties are allowed and tenants are expected to be respectful and Do Not Disturb the neighbors.***

Nice beach getaway
The location was great, and the property manager was very responsive. The house was was very spacious. The beach chairs and boogie board weren't in great shape, but other than that, no issues

Ashley was a great host!
Ashley was attentive and accommodating along with keeping us informed. It was nice to spend our vacation in a quiet town that was not crowded during the pandemic. The property was true to listing and worked well for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It is a short walk to the beach and nearby markets and restaurants.

Nice house, great location.
The house was located in the perfect spot. Two blocks away from the beach and quiet boardwalk of Ventnor City, a 15 minute drive to the excitement of Atlantic City, and very close to Lucy the Elephant in Margate City. There is a small bakery (Agnes Cafe) only a block away where we got fresh muffins and bagels for breakfast. There is also a 24 hour Rite Aid within walking distance. We enjoyed a very popular ice cream shop (Sundaze) that had a line out the door. Then residence uses window ac units which ended up being great since one couple liked temperatures in the high 60’s and other in the high 70’s. The place was enough room for 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 5. The owner was easily available if needed. The only issues (which were not brought up with the owner because they were not major, more as suggested improvements) are the window treatment in the first floor bathroom does not give one the sense of privacy when using the bathroom or showering at night. They can easily be seen through by the next door neighbor. The only other issue was the railings on the second floor around the stairwell were lower than what both families were accustomed to and were slightly concerning with young climbers.

So close to the beach and really spacious !!
Very clean house well taken care of. I rented this house with my parents and cousins last summer and we all had our own room (10 people). It's very close to the beach and a short drive to shops and AC. We were able to do a huge crab boil with all of us and had no problem with space! The porch was so nice to sit and relax and a long day in the sun! We will be returning again this August!!!
