Lovely one-bedroom, one bathroom garden level apartment. No stairs within the apartment, though there is a step down to your private entrance. Additional features include a kitchenette, living room with pull-out sofa bed, and all the amenities you could need are provided!

Located directly on the famous Forsyth Park, right out your front door, in the heart of the Victorian District. Forsyth Park is absolutely picturesque and there is always something fun going on! From festivals to the Saturday Farmer's Market, to just walking the perimeter of the park and enjoying the tree-lined streets, we feel that we are situated in the perfect area for exploration and fun! We are also a scenic 15-minute walk (or 2 minute Uber ride) to the downtown area, including Broughton Street, City Market, River Street, and all 22 of Savannah's charmingly historic squares.

We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather!

Parking: Free Street Parking
The Present at Park does have two private parking spaces located off the alley in the rear of the property. These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. All other parking is street parking in front of and around the property and is free for everyone. Please note, on Saturday mornings to early afternoon Forsyth Park hosts a Farmers Market and the area is very busy. Street spots can be hard to find during this time.

The Present at Park uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification required.

Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by all five units. Each unit has its own router.

Coffee-Maker: Unit has a Keurig Coffee Maker
