Wander in beneath an old cedar tree to an updated Victorian house painted in burnished, fall-inspired hues. Green and wood tones accent warm gray interiors. A gallery wall features local and vintage art sits next to the operating electric fireplace. Windows that soar to 10 foot-high ceilings capture leafy street views. Pets accepted with a pet fee. The vibrant Mississippi arts district with many options for restaurants, bars and shopping is only a block away.
The space
Recently updated, this charming ground floor apartment is stocked with everything you need- coffee and tea, natural shampoo and soaps, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of windows, and a comfortable bed piled with pillows.
Built in 1891 with 10 foot ceilings and huge windows this house maintains it's old world charm while you enjoy modern amenities such as an electric fireplace, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Due to its age it is not ADA accessible. The 450 sq foot one bedroom apartment is walkable to many outstanding locally owned Portland restaurants! TV with Netflix, HBO, and Direct TV provided
Guest access
Self contained apartment including kitchen, living room and bathroom and patio with outdoor seating are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. This unit shares walls with the property owner. There is no onsite parking, parking is unmonitored street parking in a super fun, active, walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurants, shops and bars a block away.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Please be considerate of future guests!
