A quiet, relaxing country stay close to Kearney's amenities!

It’s graduation and wedding season!! Welcome to our Sweet Retreat! Get cozy and settle into this quiet country place. Works for big families wanting to stay together or for a few couples on a getaway! We have a 3 bedroom/2 full bath plus a washer/dryer room that has an extra single bed. Guests enjoy very comfortable beds and room to hang out together! Catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the farm! Plenty of room to park recreational vehicles or big trailers.

Countryside Retreat

Wow! Our family had a wonderful stay at Garland and Lorna’s property, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We were in town for an event at the Younes Conference Center, the property was a short ten minute drive. We met Garland briefly and Lorna was gracious to allow us to check-in earlier. The accommodations were exactly as noted on-line, fresh, very clean and comfortable. It’s located a short distance from the city in the peaceful countryside. Beautiful sunset!! Our only feedback is the room with twin beds is a little tight to get around. It is nice to have twin beds in one of the rooms, the room also had an access door to the hall bathroom. All in all would highly recommend Garland and Lorna’s countryside retreat! Thank you to them both for being such fabulous hosts!!

Wrestlers

Great lil spot for a quiet get away. We came to Kearney for a wrestling tournament and it was a great location, convenient location and close to shopping.
