Trash pick up - trash should be bagged and placed in the containers outside at the curb. Trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday. Please place cans at the curb the night before after 6 PM. Please return the cans to the garage after trash is picked up. Please do not block the walkway with your vehicles.
Guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and is not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.
Please respect this vacation rental & treat it as though it were your own. We thank you. The owner thanks you.
No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.
Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)
Please, no pets allowed, If guests bring pets there will be a $500 fee per pet.
For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.
Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.
If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.
