The fully furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, a full-size fridge, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. Enjoy your meals on the small bar area with two stools or unwind in the living room, complete with a Smart TV and a cozy sofa that can also accommodate an extra guest.

Casa Khalo Studio takes care of your every requirement, providing a fully stocked coffee bar, linens, towels, and a dedicated work space with a desk and chair. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed with a nightstand, a twin day bed with a roll-out trundle bed, and ample closet space for storage.

In the bathroom, you'll find a refreshing shower along with a selection of fully stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are also provided.

If you prefer a more homogeneous environment or feel uncomfortable with the vibrancy and diversity that comes with it, our home may not be the best fit for you.

While living here, you may occasionally experience foot traffic and siren noises due to our close proximity to downtown and major facilities like the police station, fire station, and hospital. These sounds are a natural part of life in a bustling, central area. However, we've ensured that your comfort is not compromised. Once you've finished exploring the city, you can return to your cozy, fully equipped home where you can prepare meals in your kitchen and unwind while streaming your favorite TV services.

PEST CONTROL

Your comfort is our priority, and we want to address any concerns promptly. We routinely conduct pest control in all our units due to our coastal location and high humidity. While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We appreciate your understanding and value your ease during your stay with us.

Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $30/day per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately via the Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

PRESANA HOMES PET POLICY
We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $30 daily pet fee per pet, capped at a maximum of $200 per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
