Enjoy the best of the coast in this dog friendly 5 bedroom/2.5 bath home in the amenity-rich community of Bear Trap Dunes. This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna and game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55 PER PERSON PER WEEK. Take advantage of an off-season weekend stay for your golf trip!
There is plenty of space for your entire group to relax and unwind in this beautiful home. The first floor comes with a master suite with a king bed, TV, and the attached full bathroom with a soaker tub and shower. A second bedroom on the first floor with a bunk bed that has a twin over full. There is a well-equipped kitchen, an additional sitting area near the dining area, and a living room with a large TV for movie night.
The second floor comes with 3 bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, and the 5th bedroom has one twin bed with a trundle.
Guests will be able to use the deck off of the living room, as well as the balcony off of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Additionally, the outside shower is available after enjoying your day at the beach. This home is ready for your next vacation!
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
Don't forget to catch a happy hour or dinner at "The Den" restaurant, located in Bear Trap Community.
