Located in beautiful Harter Heights, our home is just a 10 minute walk to campus and is designed to be great for a group to cheer on the Irish, family/Alumni reunions, etc. RARE FIND to feature 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths. Two main living areas with large screen TV/s and outdoor fireplace and BBQ for post tailgate fun in the backyard. Fully stocked kitchen and bar area for all your entertaining needs. Tailgate tents, coolers, tables etc available for all the fun!

We are a family of ND fans and alumni who have enjoyed this new home for a couple of years, attending all home games and special events on campus. We love the proximity to campus, especially on game days when it's an easy walk to and from the stadium and Eddy Street! We especially love gathering around the outdoor fireplace after the game to grill out, relax, and do our own replay analysis of our beloved Fighting Irish!
Why they chose this property
Nothing can beat the proximity of the Harter Heights neighborhood to Notre Dame's campus. A quick 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride brings us right to the stadium or Eddy Street, which is an especially ideal feature on busy game weekends.
What makes this property unique
It is rare to find five bedrooms with four full bathrooms in Harter Heights and this close to campus. The home is only two years old, so it is fresh and has all modern amenities. Our outdoor fireplace with a patio and grill makes for an inviting place to relax after any big event.
