New Modern Luxurious Home in Unbeatable Private Location

Casa Joya is a new, modern, light and thoughtfully designed home in the heart of San Pancho. This 2 story (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath) home has all the amenities to have a luxurious and relaxing stay, including a private pool, garden, roof top palapa, large common area spaces, is walking distance to amazing restaurants and nightlife, a jungle hike and the beautiful beach of San Pancho. Casa Joya has bedrooms for up to 7 guests, each bedroom with A/C and fans. Once you come, you won't want to leave!

House Description:
There are two master suites with king size beds, walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms. One master looks out onto the garden and pool and has a desk for a private working space if needed. The second large master has a seating area and looks out onto the lush jungle. The third bedroom has a queen bed (with a queen trundle) providing ample sleeping configurations. This room has an ensuite bathroom and a dresser and looks out onto the jungle view as well. All bedrooms have blackout shades. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The first floor of Casa Joya is arranged for shared living and entertaining. Open space allows for relaxing in the large living room, open kitchen with all the amenities and a half bathroom. The large couch is perfect to lounge on with friends and family, open the sliding doors to enjoy indoor/outdoor living with the pool and garden right in front of you.

The kitchen has a dining table for six people. There is also a large dining table on the roof top palapa with a bench that could seat more than 6, depending on comfort and ease. Casa Joya has both ceramic dishes and plastic plates and cups so that if you were to dine on the roof or at the pool you feel comfortable taking plates up stairs and outside.

Neighborhood:
One of the gems about Casa Joya is its location! Once you get to San Pancho, we guarantee you will fall in love with this town, the vibe, the people, the food, the beach, the shops, the genuine feel of this unique pueblo. That being said, just as any town, being in the HEART of any town can get noisy. Casa Joya is steps away from the hustle and bustle, overlooking amazing jungle land, allowing for a little more privacy, but about a 5 minute walk to the center of town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. the best of both worlds! You trade the noise of late night music at bars for roosters in the morning (we have ear plugs!).

Getting around
Once you arrive in San Pancho, you will truly fall in love and find all you need in town, at the beach and at the house. If you are planning to move around towns or explore (go to Sayulita, Guayabitos to go snorkeling or adventure to Lo de Marcos), you can rent a car or take a taxi. There is free parking at the house either in the garage or in front of the house. But if you decide on a taxi service, we can assist with several options. We also can assist with a golf cart rental within San Pancho if you need a way to get around in town! This is a perfect way to get around town and is super convenient!
