Stayed for a week ((Christmas week) with hubby, dog and 2 elderly relatives. House conveniently located by my kids homes and the fenced backyard was a big bonus for dog. House was clean, beds were extremely comfortable. My main issue was kitchen utensils were basic. I was cooking for the holidays and had to borrow colander and food processor. If you are eating out, not an issue then. House nicely decorated. I would recommend.
I did not like not having a clear understanding about the information on how to get in to the property. Also did not like the paper and tape wrapped around the front door on the inside. Other that the property was very nice.
The house is lovely and conveniently located. Victor was awesome and very accommodating. We brought our dog who loved the fenced backyard. Thanks so much! If we are ever back in town we would book again.
Had a great time with a small group of friends 3 people stay the night but during the evening we had cupcakes and played party games on the tv. The back yard was huge great for pups! The house was beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Raleigh. Super close to everything only like 10 min Uber drive to downtown!
This house was perfect for our 5 night stay in Raleigh. We were in town for a convention and the home’s proximity to downtown was very convenient. The house contained everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and do a couple of loads of laundry. While we did not receive the door code 1 hour prior to check in as promised, the host responded quickly when I reached out to him about it. I felt that the host was very responsive to my questions and super helpful when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute but concerns
The design and theme of the house itself was super cute, and layout is nice and spacious. It is located very close to museums and parks and that was great in getting around. We didn't utilize the backyard due to trash scattered throughout the yard. The house appeared clean, however, air filters needed changing and ceiling fans need to be cleaned, as both were very dirty and should be addressed by the owners. Hair found in bathroom tubs and leftover things found in refrigerator/freezer. The biggest issue overall we had in staying was that we checked and found 4 windows were unlocked. These should be rechecked as a security measure going forward, each time the property is turned over to a new renter, as safety is our biggest concern.
No check in or out information was provided. Host had to be contacted directly for information. No Wi-Fi information was ever provided. Upon check in dirty pillow cases and trash including cigarette buds littered the backyard. Information was shared with host and yet I was still charged a cleaning and replacement fee. I even offered pictures of proof. Location is next to a prison. Property details are not as advertised. There is no play area. To get to the back yard you have to go around the side. The back yard porch/deck is not safe. It should have a handrail due to its height.
The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen we stocked and conveniently had a Keurig with the pods, cream, and sweeteners.
The bathrooms were an extremely clean and came supplies with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The bedrooms were very clean, good sizes, and came with a large closet. However, there were no televisions in any of the rooms, which didn’t bother us.
The living room area had a large screen tv with all the streaming apps downloaded. You had to utilize your own app name and password, but that’s to be expected. The outdoor seating area was very nice. It was a little bit of a bummer that there was no direct access to it. You had to go out the side door then through the gates fence.
Access to the house was simple and convenient. We received a code from the host and accessed the property immediately. The host was very accommodating and responded within minutes of any inquiries we had. The property was located a short distance from the downtown area. It was a short cheap Uber ride to the downtown area with all the bars and activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.
