Situated directly across the street from the pristine emerald green waters and sugar-white sands of the beach, Sky High stands tall as the island's tallest residence, offering unrivaled panoramic views and unparalleled access to the coastal paradise.

The first floor is a haven for entertainment, featuring a spacious game room equipped with a shuffleboard table, a sprawling 70" TV, and a wet bar complete with a full fridge and wine cooler. Accommodations include two sets of built in bunk beds, a private king bedroom , and another queen-sized bedroom - each with its own private bath and flat screen TV.

Ascend to the second floor to find two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds - each with its own en suite bath, flat screen TV and access to shared balconies. A full-sized laundry room with two washers and two dryers adds convenience to your stay.

The third floor boasts an expansive open-concept living area with a large great room, plush seating, and a 70" flat-screen TV, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The chef's kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals with a view on the full balcony overlooking the Gulf and Sound. The last king-sized bedroom with en suite bath is also here.

Step outside to discover the ultimate outdoor entertainment space, complete with a deluxe outdoor kitchen featuring a 4-burner gas grill, sink, ice maker, and mini-fridge. Relax and unwind on one of four decks while savoring the coastal breeze and soaking in the breathtaking views

Parking is a breeze with driveway space for six cars, with overflow parking available nearby. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on decks, and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This property has a private elevator to service all 4 floors therefore, a refundable elevator deposit of $450 is required. This deposit will be refunded to to you upon departure as long as there are no damages done to the elevator during your stay.

Small dogs under 30 lbs are allowed with paid pet fee of $200 per pet, maximum of 2 pets allowed.
