Amazing! Perfect Location and Beautiful Property
We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect. The property also had all sorts of beach stuff including chairs, coolers and sand toys for the kids. We look forward to staying at this property next year!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very enjoyable! This property is a great location and was large enough for our group of 7 (3 different families) to spread out. Some things to note (*not complaining, just some info we would have liked to have known before booking/arriving that is difficult to assess from pics): 1) Since this is a 3-story townhouse there are a lot of stairs - Kitchen/LR on main floor; 3 bedrooms upstairs; separate suite on lower level with exterior stairs to it; plus the stairs down to the beach. We were there with our 2-year old and after a couple of days going up and down the stairs got a little old.2) The "bunk room" has a skylight and is super bright all day long. Something to think about if you plan to have babies/toddlers sleeping in there and want it blackout dark. 3) There was no cable or satellite while we were there (Sep 2024). The LR and bedrooms all had smart TVs with access to streaming apps (Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, etc.) but we had to use our own logins. 4) There was absolutely no WIFI reception in the 3rd floor guest room facing the street.5) Parking was not great. If you have more than one large vehicle then you won't really have space to park. None of these things were dealbreakers, more minor inconveniences. Like I said overall we had a great trip and you could not ask for a better location. I will end by saying that when we arrived we noticed one of the exterior stairs was damaged which we immediately reported to management. They had maintenance to the property and the stair fixed within just a couple of hours.

Beach trip
Had a great time with friends. There was 9 of us had plenty of room. Property had a closet with beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards. Winn Dixie right across the street which was very convenient when we needed something. Whiskeys bar across the street also. Beach was awesome. Would definitely book this property again. Parking is tight with 2 trucks but no one was staying next to us so it worked out

Big Family Beach Vacation
The property is right on the beach, so we could walk out our backdoor and step right onto the sand. It is located on the less busy end of PCB so it was peaceful and quiet. You are very close to Winn Dixie. There is not much parking so if you have more than one car, it makes parking a bit challenging. The trash pickup is on Friday, but since people check out on Saturday, you'll find your trash will probably be full when you arrive from people cleaning out their leftover food. After 3 contacts with management, our trash was picked up. The property advertises that it sleeps 14. We had 14 and we were a bit close. The dining table/bar doesn't seat 14 at one time so we were eating all over the living room and kitchen. The property does not have 14 sets of dishes/utensils to accommodate 14 mouths to feed. Management was notified about this so hopefully that will be taken care of soon. The property had a Keurig coffeemaker and a regular one. It had a blender, toaster, smallish crock pot, can opener, measuring cups, mixer, a few skillets and pots, and a cookie sheet. There were also a lot of mixing/storage bowls available for use. However, only ONE kitchen towel and dishcloth. Management was NOT overly communicative or helpful- did ask us if we'd be checking out earlier than 9 am the day we left. :/ There was also trash under some of the beds and a smushed cockroach on the pull out mattress. Makes me wonder how well they clean the property between guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and great weather but trash overflowing from last renters and TV didn’t work for three days. Called 6 times and no response 😳

Beach townhouse
We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.

Thunder Beach Spring Rally 2024
I was very impressed with the unit. VERY comfortable for 6 people. Plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, and not the cheap stuff most VRBOs come with. For the coffee drinkers out there, the only one in this unit is a Keurig. We just bought one across the street. Plenty of towels in every bathroom. This unit also has two gas grills and a charcoal grill. The beds were very comfortable. This unit is right on the beach, so the views are awesome. There were a few beach chairs in a closet right off the lower deck. Winn Dixie is right across the street so shopping was very convenient. In case anyone is coming in from out of town, they have fresh seafood and will season and steam for you. Way cheaper and better than going out to eat. The ONLY slight downside is parking. The driveway is quite steep, so if riding motorcycles just be careful. We have been coming to PCB for quite a few years, and this is by far the best place I have rented. The lower unit does not have a stairway inside, you have to go through to the deck. We did have an issue with the main door (low battery, 9 volt) we went to Winn Dixie and bought a pack. I could not see calling management or maintenance since two of us staying there are electricians,,,,,,,,,,spare is now above the washing machine if anyone else has a problem. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication was because no direct number for the manager, we only communicated via email, which I do not have while on vaca.

The three decks provided access for beautiful sunsets on every level.

Wonderful large home in a great location!
One of our friends booked this home for us after they had truly enjoyed their recent stay. The house is located on the quiet part of the beach, away from the high rise condos and crowd. Pictures don’t do it justice, especially the incredible sunsets from the balcony off of the master bedroom. The home came with everything we needed. It slept 10 very comfortably, there was plenty of room for everyone. One thing we truly appreciated was the generous supply of towels. The home is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, kitchen was stocked with crockpot and large pans to cook for our large group. We truly enjoyed grilling on the deck. Lower level is a private suite, with its own bath and living area, but can only be accessed from the outside, no entry from inside the house. Wynn dixie is right across from the home, making it easy for a quick grocery run. 30 A was a 25 minute drive and we were happy to miss all the traffic around Pier park. Management company was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, well furnished and clean
We had a short stay for a family celebration. We enjoyed dinner at Salty Sues and spent the evening people watching at Pier park. The kids loved being right on the beach which made it easy for us to just watch them from the decks. House is spacious with comfortable furniture.

Spring break trip, perfect place!!
I stayed here with some friends for a week on spring break and we had the best time! Location was absolutely perfect, quiet little strip of beach, close to grocery & restaurants. Parking is a maneuver so don’t recommend bringing more than 1 car (we had 3). Plenty of room for everyone!

Best Location in PCB
We have been visiting PCB for several years, but truly this was the Best Location! Steps to the Ocean, walkable or a short drive to Pier park where teenagers spent most of their time. 20 - 30 minute drive to 30 A depending on traffic. We especially loved the privacy of lower level with its own living area and entrance as we were 2 families traveling together. Nothing can beat waking up to the ocean and walk straight off the deck in to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of pans, crockpots and dinnerware. Game table in LL is a great addition for kids, even though they spent most of the time on the beach. Place was very clean and well maintained. Storage area had some basic beach toys, wish they had more Beach chairs. We had a little trouble with finding all the remotes and switches until we realized it was all labeled. Very responsive host and we have already booked for a longer stay in the fall.
