Very poor experience with this booking. We got at the place - nobody knew we had a booking. The security staff would not let us in as they were not informed of our booking. Called the number given - several times and texted there was no reply the arrival night and the next day - The booking was made for 2 weeks' stay. We had to find alternative accommodation. I Contacted Expedia who I initially booked with - only to find out it had been outsourced to VRBO after payment of the booking. Still chasing to get a refund as no email correspondence available or given when abroad and was told by Expedia to call a UK number. This has the hallmarks of a scam.
