This 8th floor unit is perfect for a family gathering. The 3-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, an essential for larger families. Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Spaces as well!

In 2022, we provide FOUR free beach chairs with TWO Umbrellas set up for you each day by the local beach chair service!

Please read before booking:

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.

* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great size for 5 adults. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and fishing pier. The only negative was not enough dish towels in kitchen. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Condo/Perfect View of PCB

We searched for months to find the perfect condo/view for the 4th of July fireworks for our son to enjoy his special trip. THIS IS IT! The view is AMAZING!! We've never seen fireworks so close and for so long! The condo itself is beautiful and very clean! Communication with Nickey and Jenny was top notch from beginning to end! We enjoyed the beach and chair/umbrella setup each day! The pools are great! And the Tiki Bar for adults is a MUST! They have very friendly staff! The only negative is about the building...it is old, and the elevators are very slow. So, have a lot of patience going to and from rooms or lobby.

Great Stay

Jenny and Nickey have several properties to fit any group of people. We usually stay away from the crowd but this year we decided to stay in the mix. The condo was in perfect walking distance to Pier Park and anything you needed. We never took our car out of the garage. Their place was clean, efficient, nice and very comfortable and cozy! Everything we needed! And the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas included iced the cake!! I’ll DEFINITELY be using Premium Beach Condos with Jenny and Nickey for my future beach visits!

Spacious condo in the perfect location.

Loved this condo. This was a quick get away fir myself and sister and my triplet 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping and eating. The beach was right there with a beautiful view from our balcony. 4 beach chairs were included which was nice to lounge on each day. The property was clean.

Calypso 806 Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso for the Thunderbeach Bike Rally and didn’t realize we were going to have front row seats for the Guif Coast Salute Airshow as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We will definitely book again.

So much to do…so little time…

Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and as pictured. It felt like home to return again. We used several of the free activities this time including Dave and Buster games EVERY DAY, and also tried the Axe throwing. It’s easier than it sounds and so much fun. Next time we want to try the free sail and mini golf. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We left just prior to the storm but saw all the helpful updates on the blog. We’re already planning to return and book directly with Premium Beach Condos.

Fabulous beach condo

Perfect

We had 4 adults and 4 kids (7-12) and it was perfect for us. We had (3) kids in the third bedroom and used the pull out couch for the 4th. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Lots of seating on the patio and a great view from the 8th floor. Communication was absolutely fantastic and we knew beforehand everything that was provided, parking details, check in details, etc. Location is also great and we only had to use our cars a couple of times for off-site excursions. Pier park is walking distance and has plenty of food options every night. Highly recommend this property!

Great location

The entire booking/check-in processes were both so simple and the manager was very quick to answer questions. There were 7 adults (girls trip) and we had plenty of space. The location of the condo was PERFECT with many options of things to do. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!!

Great property for fun, shopping, dining, relaxing, etc. The apartment was clean and roomy and quiet. It is a short walk to Pier Park and many other options. Parking was easy once e we figured out how to scan the barcode correctly.

Very clean, well cared for Calypso condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our staycation. We had originally planned a camping trip but with the Uber cold winter blast that moved in, decided to rent a condo instead! Three teen boys and four adults were quite comfortable in this super clean condo. We loved not being too high up in the building. Having access to the reserved parking below the towers was an added bonus! Will definitely come back!

Fantastic!!

Beautiful, clean condo! Girls weekend trip for four empty nester, particular women. We all loved it and will book it again. Checkin/out was super easy. Management team was extremely responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Bunk bedroom didn’t have a closet but guest bedroom closet was big enough to share. Mattresses and pillows on all beds were comfy. Walking distance to restaurants and Pier Park. Never used the car. Family friendly. Tiki bar serves some food and small shop on ground floor with essentials and cute souvenirs. Fantastic place to stay.

Amazing Property..already want to go back

We came down for Ironman Florida and this place was amazing as soon as we walked in the door. It was clean and everything was ready for us. The three bedrooms are perfect for what we were looking for and having the full kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook. THe views from the balcony also didn't disappoint and we got some amazing shots. Jenny was great with all of the communication and the guest book that listed out everything for the property. We loved it so much we are already talking about when we are going back.

Great Condo

Condo is in walking distance to Pier Park and restaurants. This unit is tastefully decorated. The furniture is very comfortable. I don't know if the linens are supplied by a cleaning service or the unit. They are usable but need to be replaced. There were stains on the towels and the sheet kept coming off the bed. There were plenty of beach items to use. Having 2 beach setups was wonderful. Just make sure to get them asap if you want the first row. Jenny was a pleasure to work with. She is quick to respond and will help accommodate to the best of her ability. The cleaning seemed to be a little rushed but could have been due to us arriving early. The mirrors had smudges and the appliances were smeared. The only issue we had was with the master tv. If it had cable we were not able to figure out how to use it. I believe it was Apple tv. One thing I would add to the unit is a cutting board. You can't go wrong renting this condo.
