OUTDOOR LIVING: Private Boat Slip, Private balcony w patio furniture provides beach views, Grills and picnic tables located along the canal boardwalk.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, central A/C and heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart (1).

'Back 4 Searinity' is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach. A few great dining options are within walking distance; Mango Marley’s, Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack.

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

NO PETS ALLOWED - this property is not pet friendly. Anyone who brings a pet will be charged a $500 fee and immediately asked to leave without a refund.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking

Must submit a $300 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
