Villa Chuchubi is located just over a mile from Palm Beach, walking distance of the nearest beach, and only a few minutes' drive. In Aruba, parking is not an issue.....drive and park.....it really is that simple! Load up your beach gear, a picnic, and take yourselves off to one of numerous coral sand beaches where the clear blue water is warm, the sand remains cool, and the views are just unbelievable.

This property is perfectly situated on a wonderful island, offering an unbeatable combination of convenience and charm. They did try to take care of it but It has not been maintained there unfortunately, so it didn’t work. We were terrified the whole stay and are worried about our belongings and bringing them in our own home. The washer has something wrong with it. We washed whites and they’re all ruined with whatever is in the washer. I e stayed in Aruba annually for about 5 years now and will be staying elsewhere in the future. It is important to keep Peats under control. It really had us beside ourselves the whole time and our group spent much time dealing with it. When I left today, they were crawling behind my headboard.

Awesome get away place
We really enjoyed staying at the villa. It was very spacious inside as well as the outdoor space. Having a private pool was pure heaven and so convenient! We started every morning with a cup of coffee on the outside terrace. There are several seating areas outside. Inside has a great open floor plan that makes hanging out really easy. We highly recommend staying here.

Great home large enough for family of 6 and could accommodate children. Kitchen well stocked. Property manager Andres was very helpful and met us at the house to show us how things worked. Host was also very communicative and gave us lots of helpful information. Definitely stay here, centrally located -short drive to Akashi beach, Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Would return here absolutely!

The property was just as nice as the pictures. My wife and I spent 7 days here with our two teenaged boys, and the villa had ample space to hang together or have quiet time to relax. Minutes from many different beach options, the house had all we needed, with beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. An amazing house on an amazing island.

Villa Chuchubi listing was exactly as described and is really home away home, and exactly what a vacation home should be. Decor is amazing and furniture in each room So very comfortable. Beds, couch recliners etc. kitchen had everything we needed to fry, bake or grill. Indoor and outdoor seating for dining needs was spectacular. Pool was crystal clear and perfect temp each day and night. Home came With beach towels, beach chairs and floats. All needed whether at beach or poolside. These are a must have and owners recognize that. Close to many activities. Super close to our favorite beach Boca Catalina beach. Great snorkeling. Tres trapi beach to swim with sea turtles also super close. Communications with owners was phenomenal. Provided easy to understand instructions including directions and things to do. Property manager Andres was professional and kind. He was prompt and provided nice directions on checking in and Checking out. We were there 8 days followed the house suggestions for turning on ac and off ac units. We did not go over the allowed amount. And we were cold at times the AC works real good. We vacationed for a week here with friends. We all were able to relax and enjoy our stay in Aruba. Again this place was everything we expected and more. Clean and comfy. Decor made by local artist. Our group of 4 highly recommend if going to Aruba to stay at Villa Chuchubi. We will be returning for sure. Ronnie, Stephanie, Kevin and Cindy.

Our Aruba Dream Stay!
Staying at Villa Chuchubia was an extremely peaceful, clean and wonderful experience. My family and I were able to enjoy the refreshing pool first thing in the morning and after a fun day out. The villa’s close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping made it ideal. The house had the right amount of extras (pool gear, beach chairs, cooler, etc) and amenities, where we didn’t need a thing! Not to mention the host and the property manger were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, which added to the overall great experience. We highly recommend the villa for any family.

Wonderful villa in an excellent location
My family (husband & two small boys) and I had an excellent stay at Villa Chuchubi! The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures (bright, clean, open) and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved spending time in the pool or relaxing at one of the many outdoor seating areas. The location was perfect with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and of course beaches. We loved Arashi Beach most! We hope to return to Aruba and Villa Chuchubi in the future.

‘24 Summer Vacation
What a fantastic vacation we had in Aruba! Our communication with Sue was exceptional from start to finish. The house is exactly like the pictures. Everything you could possibly need from your vacation home is there. Driving around town is a non-issue because everything is close by. We personally welcomed meeting the house manager upon arrival and departure. The home is very well-maintained and from the moment you arrive you feel comfortable. We are already discussing our next trip to Aruba and staying at Villa Chuchubi! It was a trip we will never forget. Thank you for being fantastic hosts! We miss Aruba already!

Perfect Family Vacation
This listing is just as described. Our family enjoyed the pool and comfortable living room for spending time together. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the necessary items available if you want to cook. The showers are amazing! We loved the location close to Tres Tapi and Boca Catalina. We were able to see the sea turtles on two different trips snorkeling, The home has pool noodles that are perfect to take to the snorkel locations. Our family loved Arashi Beach and Baby Beach. The home has chairs available to take to the beach. Loved this amenity! Our favorite restaurants were Eduardo’s Hideaway, The Oak Restaurant, and Bingo Restaurant. Overall, we would love to come back to this home. Very relaxing and will recommend to our family and friends. The only suggestion we would give is to replace the some of the pillows.

Perfect home w/pool for your Aruba visit
Our recent stay at Villa Chuchubi was incredible! Sue and Paul were perfect hosts. They had Michael greet us at the home. He was SUPER nice and provided us an overview of the home and answered any questions we had. The house is perfectly located, just a short 5-10 minute drive from pristine beaches and vibrant local attractions, yet it still offers a peaceful retreat. The home itself is stunning, with stylish decor and spacious rooms which made us feel immediately at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the comfortable living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom was comfortable, with TVs in each room and comfortable beds. One of the standout features is the incredible outdoor space. The private pool and patio area were our favorite spots to unwind. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings under the covered side while Caribbean breeze kept us cool and evenings by the pool after a day at the beach. Paul and Sue were fantastic, providing excellent communication throughout the planning of our stay. They have brochures and books at the home that offered great tips on local dining, activities, and hidden gems that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, Villa Chuchubi provides the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Great Island Getaway
Villa Chuchubi was just what we were looking for during our recent trip to Aruba! Beautiful, private property with its own pool and ample outdoor spaces. We had a great time watching the colorful local birds landing on the cacti! Well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grille that allowed us to cook at home during our stay. Very responsive on-island support for minor issues during our stay. Close to great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. The ability to do laundry on-site meant we could pack lightly for our group of 5.

Villa Chuchubi was awesome!
Myself (57) and two of my motorcycle buddies (67 and 72) had a blast staying at Villa Chuchubi for a week. Our 'thing' is to go somewhere in the Caribbean every February to watch the SuperBowl with our "toes in the sand" and Villa Chuchibi did not disappoint. Great responsiveness from the manager's Randolph and Michael. We had an internet when we arrived and Michael handled it quickly and professionally. The Villa was perfectly suited for the three of us (each of us getting our own private room). The living room was perfect for watching the game with a big tv. We spent a ton of time in and around the private pool, which was awesome. Good location for exploring the island (in the Noord neighborhood) and room for our rental truck inside the gate. Overall, highly recommend Villa Chuchubi. It was truly great. One minor tiny nit is that there was no kitchen "consumables" like aluminum foil or saran wrap , or even tupperware for leftovers. A tiny nit, but those items would have been really nice to have. Like I said though, a wonderful place. Thanks so much!

Villa Chuchubi is amazing!
This was our first trip to Aruba. The Villa was amazing and more than met our expectations. The neighborhood is great and located just a short drive from the beaches. The check in process was easy. Michael met us at the house, showed us around the property and gave us some good tips for our stay. The Villa was very clean and spacious for us (2 parents and 4 'kids' 18+). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating area and grilled fish one night on BBQ provided. The pool/deck area was great for lounging around after exploring the island. It was very relaxing too in the morning listening to the birds drinking coffee. The walk-in rain showers are awesome. It was nice having the laundry room too. The check out process was easy. Michael came to check us out at the time we requested. The description of the Villa is reality! We miss it already and will definitely rent it again.

Honestly, the photos of this home online do not do the place justice! Everything is high end, and everything we could possibly need was available to us. The Owners are immensely communicative and thoughtful. When we couldn't reach the property owner upon our arrival, the Owners responded immediately. The home itself was one of the highlights of our trip. It is very spacious and exceedingly well appointed. We felt very welcomed, and we will highly recommend this VRBO property to our friends and family! The location is perfect - a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and island activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We are just an ordinary English couple, who visited Aruba with our family for a two week vacation in 2013, and were captivated by the beauty and warmth of the island and its inhabitants.

Having fallen in love with all that Aruba has to offer, we decided to buy a property to enjoy ourselves, and to rent to others who can also create happy memories of this exceptional island.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Aruba during our 2013 vacation, and felt the same way about Villa Chuchubi from the moment we walked through the front door. The open plan kitchen/living/dining area is HUGE, with a large and shady terrace for eating and lounging, just the other side of the patio door from the kitchen.

The pool invites you to jump in, as soon as you step out into the lush, tropical gardens, and the pretty thatched palapa offers welcome shade from the heat of the Aruban sun.
