All top quality furnishings, you’ll never want to leave. Condo looks out on the beautifully manicured lawns and the community swimming pool. Laundry room available in the building. Just off Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach. 5 minutes to the beach, with Publix grocery store right across the street. Reserved parking space right outside the door. You won’t find a nicer condo in the area, which is undergoing a transformation by the city of Pompano Beach. New Casino is 5 minutes west, and the beach is 5 minutes east. Perfect for getting away from the dreary northern winters. Minimum rental is 60 days and requires name to be submitted for background screening by condo association. Only available for rental November through April, per condo by-laws.
