Absolutely stunning property built at the turn of the 20th century. The house has been fully renovated to reflect the modern conveniences while keeping the magic of the old times. Designed by Frank Clark and built in 1911 this home is a gem in East Medford.

the Blue Belle is sited on a private 0.4-acre lot with mature landscaping in old east Medford. Main home has an elegant living room with crystal chandeliers, box-beam ceilings, grand brick fireplace, sun porch, marble-tiled bathrooms, spacious master suite with romantic archways and cedar-lined closets, as well as a lower-level office, tv room and 2 extra bedrooms. One more extra bedroom adjacent to the master.

HOME RULES:
- No parties allowed
- Pets only with previous agreement and pet fee.
- No smoking in the premises
- Maximum two cars parking in property, there is plenty of space below the park and in the public areas.
- Please don't park on the road as it is not very wide and fire engines and police cars need open access, in case of an emergency.
- The area is very quiet, most of the neighbors are older adults so we ask you to please keep quiet times between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am every night.
- Please note that the road to the house is one-way only.

Great residence.

Clean, quiet, plenty of space and if your lucky you’ll see turkeys and deer roaming around.

Good location but listing needs updating

Our family of 8 stayed here in March. It’s a convenient location and the kitchen/dining/living room is good for groups. The pool table was a hit, too. The property listing was not accurate and there are things you should know before booking so you can be sure this will work for your needs. This home is actually split into thirds with tenants living in the other two. The first night the downstairs tenant kept their tv on all night so there was muffled noise in the master bedroom. This was resolved after a text to the property manager. It was not clear from the original posting that this was a unit. There is no hot tub as listed - this is actually referencing the bath tub. The master is a jack/jill setup. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and the bathroom is across the house out the front door and through the laundry room. Not great for people with mobility issues. The kitchen’s nice but only has the basics. If you are planning to cook plan to bring things you’ll need like a good pan, griddle, etc. We reported the coffee maker was broken so it could be fixed. There’s a large fridge/freezer. We bought paper towels and sponges. The home was not clean when we arrived. The prior tenants had been there a month and there wasn’t enough time for the house cleaner to finish. We had to re-wash all of the towels. The floors and windows were dirty. I asked for a refund on our cleaning fee and was told it would be processed but never received it.

Medford rental home

We rented this house for a work trip. I sent 1 crew down to Medford area to do a project for 4 days. They said it was easy to check in and was clean and big and overall great experience.
