Very nice!

The property was immaculately clean, which is the most important thing to me. The owner was pleasant and very thoughtful about amenities, even down to filtered water and ziplock bags. The space was as advertised. The original plan was for 2 guests, not sharing a bedroom, which would have been very comfortable. Only one nitpicky issue was being in a daylight basement and being awakened occasionally by early morning footsteps upstairs. I highly recommend this property!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in a few neighborhoods in Spokane, but I love the South Perry District on the South Hill. There a several restaurants that are within walking distance of Perry, such as the South Perry Lathern, South Perry Pizza, Perry Street Brewery, Francaise Spokane, and The Shope. The neighborhood is walkable and I love walking around looking at old houses.

City View apartment is a very clean spacious two-bedroom apartment. It is a quiet place to hang out and relax. It has a washer and dryer in the unit. It is close to downtown and all the hospitals.
